Throughout 2018, i came to the realisation that in my work as an accomplished business executive coach driving stronger revenue outcomes through system and process implementation to my clients, there is commonly something missing in their lives.

Something that takes businesses to six, seven and eight figure annual revenues.  Something that drives impenetrable culture. Something that maintains passion and creates products & services driven by customer-centricity.

And that secret ingredient was nothing more than the attitude we bring to the table when we wake up every single morning.

Fast forward to November 2019 when I published my first book; Win the Morning Win the Day.

In the late 1800’s renowned American writer Mark Twain famously said; “If it’s your job to eat a frog, it’s best to do it first thing in the morning.” The concept behind this was the suggestion that you should always identify and execute on the hardest task you have of your day ahead the moment you wake. The premise being that you are destined to have a successful fulfilling day if you tick off something that would potentially create anxiety and stress if left to procrastinate on over the course of the day.

Many of us wake up and have an extraordinary list of “to-do” items that seem beyond reach from the moment you open your eyes. Whether you’re an entrepreneur trying to get a business off the ground and build a legacy; you are a young parent trying to manage the morning explosion of tasks to do for 3 other people; or you’re an Account Manager that’s been up since 5:30am trying to put the final touches on a bit pitch to a new client. The list goes on and on and there’s probably 1-2 dozen examples I could have inserted in here. Regardless of which one, they all point precisely at our problem. The moment we wake up we are too busy being busy to stop and consider why we do what we do. Life gets crazy and we constantly get pulled in different directions but we don’t take a moment to stop and consider a formula of success. We wake up exhausted yet in order to recharge our batteries, we go out socialising, partying and drinking. It quickly becomes a toxic cycle.

Win the Morning Win the Day will give you killer instinct. These pages will move you closer toward your vision. These pages will be the inflection point in creating the unparalleled focus on who you want to be by giving you dedicated time to develop your mind, body and soul. The salient point being that we only get one shot at life. So watch as this book becomes the tool to create the action for massive personal success. From here on in we start to live our lifestyle by design. And no longer give in to the status quo.
